He is survived by: his wife Sandra Patochek of Burlington; his daughter Stacey Zouck (John Zouck); his grandchildren, Alexandra and Colin Zouck of Williston; his son Brandon (Michele); his granddaughter Alyssa Bossick of Suffolk, VA; and his sister Marilyn Homa of Pottsville, PA. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
