He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Barber and Hazel Barber (Stephenson); his sister Irene Filosa; his brother-in-law Peter; his brother Russell; his sister-in-law Marilyn; his brother James; and his daughter-in-law Colleen.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Barber (Gaughan); his children, Frederick (Sandra Hamlet) of Cambridge and Amber (Ben Broe) of Burlington, Vermont; his daughter-in-law Lois Fleming of Milford; his grandchildren, Edward J. (Cindy) of White Lake, Daniel T. of Hemlock, Sean, Kelly, Ethan and Jake; his great grandchildren, Quinlan, Lillian and Elizabeth; his brother Harold (Paula) of White Lake; and his sisters-in-law, Inez and Barbara. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
