He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Winn and Phyllis B. DeGray. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine of St. Albans; and his sons, Brian Edmund Winn of Seal Beach, Kevin Howard Winn of Jacksonville, David Ernest Winn of Birmingham and Steven John Winn of Pompton Plains. He is also survived by wives as well as eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
