He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sampson and Ruth Jenkins (MacLeod); and his siblings, Joan Zwick, Ruth Elizabeth Maley (Betty) and Dr. Edward W. Jenkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Bryan (Beckner) and Heather Jewell (Sam); and his grandchildren, Merritt, Lucien Bryan, Benjamin and Elizabeth Jewell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
