Provost (Perrotte); his wife Mary Provost (Graveline); his children, Bradley Provost (Hannah), Laura Thompson (Mike) and Donna Duffy (Dennis); his grandchildren, Cody, Aiyanna, Athena and Hunter; his significant other Brutus; and his siblings, Tod Provost and Betina Clodgo. He is also survived by nieces; nephews and in-laws.
