He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy Burns. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Burns and Eugene Lanctot Burns; his spouse Virginia Burns; his son Jeff Burns; his grandchildren, Brendon Connor Burns and Kristen Elyse Burns; his siblings, Brian Burns, David Burns and Theresa Burns Carp; and his cousin Johnny Burns. He is also survived by several other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
