He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Ellen (Fuller) and John R. Fitzgerald; and his cousin Elizabeth A. Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth; his birth mother K. M.; his sister Sarah; his nieces, Ava and Harper; and his cousins, John (Donna), Julia (Bill Crenshaw), Mary Jo (Gene Risi), Jeffrey (Lynda), Andrew (Carolyn), Jane (Joseph Parrish) and Joseph (Bethany).
