She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cartier and Charlotte Cartier (Burke); and her brother Richard Cartier of Rutland. She is survived by: her husband Leland Welsh; her children, Wendy LaBonte (Andrew) and Marty Welsh (Jennifer); her granddaughters, Charlotte LaBonte, Victoria Welsh, Molly Welsh and Rebecca Welsh; her sister Margaret Allard (Harvey); and her sister-in-law Ellie Cartier (Hogan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
