He is survived by: his sister Barbara Ouellette of Newington; and his children, Karen Forsman (Greg) of Newington, Peter Caesar (Debra) of Newington, Gregg Caesar (Cindy) of Rocky Hill, Mark Caesar (Kirsten Davies) of Newington and Brian Caesar of East Hartford. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
