It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold J. Osmer of Brownsville, Vermont, born in Hartland, Vermont, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Osmer and Gladys Osmer (Ladeau); his brothers, Daniel Osmer and Ronald Osmer; his wife Janet Osmer of Windsor; his children, Steven Menard of Northport, FL, Scott Menard of Brownsville, Bruce Menard of Windsor, Debra Curtis (Donald) of West Lebanon, Darlene Richardson (Michael) of Woodbury and Lisa Menard of Plainfield, NH; and his brother David Osmer of Strafford, VT.. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
