He was predeceased by: his father Francis; and his siblings, Arthur Heath, George Bruce Heath, Fred Heath, Charlie Heath and Janet Heath.

He is survived by: his children, Trina Heath, David, Maryjane Heath and Clarence Heath Jr. (Micheal Heath); and his siblings, Dorothy Crandall, Leslie Heath and George Potwin. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
