Hackett and Cody LaCourse (Logan Conley); his grandchildren, Kyle Santaw of Derby Line, Vt and Collin; his children, Matthew Santaw of Island Pond, VT, Kim and Robert Moore; his granddaughter Michelle; his great grandchild Dalton; his grandson Michael of Brownington Vt; his children, Derek Hackett of St. Johnsbury and Natasha Jenkins of Lyndonville Vt; his grandchildren, Travis Forgues of St. Johnsbury, VT and Jazmine Briggs of St; his child Johnsbury Vt; and his grandchildren, Ashlynn Santaw of Island Pond, Vt. and Quincy O'Gorman of Island Pond, Vt.. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
