She was predeceased by: her parents, Calixte Champigny and Exilpere Champigny (Labonte); her spouse George Claron Folsom; her daughter Rachel Lee Lamoureux; her siblings, Wilfred Champigny, Camille Champigny, Lillian Brien, Germaine Moeykens, Rosa Nadeau, Juliette Boisvert, Lena Jacques, Pauline Champigny and Marie Champigny; her children-in-law, Noel Perry, Gerard Lamoureux and Sarah Bensenhaver; and her grandson Mark Perry.
She is survived by: her children, May Perry-Fortin (Rene) of Holland, Eva Forcier (Peter) of Maple Lake, David Folsom (Patty) of Lakeland, Kenneth Folsom (Patricia) of Peru and Allen Folsom of Brownington; and her sister Laura Ida Marineau of Montpelier, VT. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
