Gray and Ruby Gray (Blanchard); his wife Elinor Gray of Brookfield; his children, Toni Gray of North Randolph, Suzanne Dudek of Brookfield and Stuart LaPerle of Coppell, TX; his brother Raymond Gray of Braintree; his grandchildren, Adrienne Dudek, Bryan LaPerle, Adam LaPerle, Nathan LaPerle, Lindsay LaPerle, Ryan Greenwood, Morgan Rilling and Kenny Monez; his son John Gray; and his sister Joyce Sheehan. He was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren.
