He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon and Emma Mae. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Morgan (Erika) and Danielle (Codie); his siblings, Peter Pettingell, Justin Pettingell (Linda Jo), Jill Wheatley (Lynn), Connie Pettingell (Glenn), Janet Askew (Dudley) and Nancy Phelps (Rick); and his son Hank (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and their children.
