It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Small of Brookfield, Vermont, born in Randolph, Vermont, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jasper Moore and Ada Moore (Wight); her husband Robert S. Small; her children, Robert M. Small of Idaho, Gary M. Small of Newport, VT, Richard W. Small of West Brookfield, Theresa Stanley of Rochester, Patricia Small of Randolph and Peggy Eaccarino of Randolph; and her grandchildren, Shannon and Nick Small. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
