He was predeceased by: his parent Sally. He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Alisa Jaramillo (Mike), Laura of Phoenix, AZ and Jonathan Moses (Nicole); his grandchildren, Tyler, Julie and Kaylee of Fairfield, VT; his stepdaughter Abigail Estabrook (Kirby); his stepgrandsons, Alexander and Nathaniel of Frederica, DE; and his brother David Churchill (Elaine) of Thetford, VT. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any contributions be made to the Last Mile Ride Foundation at Gifford Medical Center.
