It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila M. Carpenter (Bristol, Vermont), born in Rutland, Vermont, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earle Fitzgerald and Evelyn Fitzgerald (Gile); and her children, Michael Menard, Arnold Menard, Bernadette Menard, Lisa Menard and Theresa Menard Steadman.
