Racine of Bristol, Vermont, born in Laconia, New Hampshire, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette F. Racine (Baron) and Roland W. Racine; and his children, Tami Racine and Chris "Hopey" Hope. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Mansi; his daughter Heidi Smart of Bristol, VT.; his sister Gloria Neill (Roy) of Belmont; his brother-in-law Francis Dominick of Winchester; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Walker, Matthew Wainscott (Devyn), Kia Warren (Jeffrey), Mitchael Palmer (Chanel), Justin Racine (Mikayla), Michael Racine, Jeffry Racine (Megan), Robert Smart (Tanya) and Andrew Smart (Briana); his daughter Marcia Racine; his goddaughter Dakota Hope; his close friend Tom Herbick (Robin); and his siblings, Jean Dominick and Roland "Bucky" Racine. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
