He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Blaise and Lillian Blaise (Desso); his stepmother Cecelia Booska Blaise; and his siblings-in-law, O. Francis and Beatrice Butterfield.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Butterfield; his children, Christopher (Carolyn) and Marie (Tom); his grandchildren, Jordan, Kianna, Elise and Oliver; his sister Judy (Henry Quelch); and his sister-in-law Gail (Randy Bernard). He is also survived by his stepbrothers and stepsister.
