We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2018, at the age of 87, Matilda Horn (Bristol, Vermont), born in Burlington, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Armand Boyer and Hilda Boyer (Metevier); her children, Sandra Brown (Douglas) of Bristol, VT, Daniel Boyer (Cathy) and Deborah Ballard of Florida; her husband Rick Condon of Washington State; and also Connie Amas (Sumner).
Donations in her memory can be made to McClure/Miller Hospice House, Colchester, VT, and Addison County Home Health and Hospice in Middlebury, VT.
