He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dike and Evelyn Dike (Carpenter); and his nephew Aaron Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; and his stepchildren, Kelly Norris (Dan), Richard Gray Jr. and Matthew Gray (Jenn Ploeger). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
