He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude O'Dea (Fortune) and Frank Mott; his wife Maureen; and his siblings, Faline, Florence and Clarence.

He is survived by: his daughters, Anne (David Findlay), Kathleen and Lorretta (Kevin Balch); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Kenneth, Jessica, Dylan, Taylor and Noah; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Brooklyn, Alexis, Olivia, Heath, Chase and Violet; and his siblings, Myona, Helen, Aldina, Klayton, Kenneth and Joseph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to the McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester.
