He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Cousino and Dora B. Cousino; his siblings, Evelyn and Charles; his brother-in-law Ronald Fontaine; his niece Lisa Fontaine; and his nephew Denis Fontaine.
He is survived by: his sisters, Vivian Fontaine (Franklin), Rita Cousino of Albany, N. Y and Lillian Casavant (John) of Albany, N. Y.; and his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Fontaine (Denise) of Essex Junction, Vt., Bryan Fontaine (Cindy), Franklin, Bruce Fontaine, Tempe, Stephen Casavant (Mary Teresa) of Rensselaer, NY, Theresa Wright (Jonathan), Clover, Nicole Marc and Schenectady. He is also survived by great-grand nieces and nephews and many cousins.
