He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Hallock and Ursula Stokes Hallock; his siblings, Isabelle, Marion, Freda, Nelson, Clinton, Celon, Clayton and Beatrice; and his stepsons, Kevin and Troy.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Hathaway Hallock; and his stepdaughter Starlene Poulin (Patrick). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
