It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Parsons Howlett of Bridport, Vermont, born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carey Howlett and Anna Howlett (Parsons). He is survived by: his wife Esther Manning; his sons, Kenneth of Bridport, Bruce (Carol Dickson) of East Montpelier and Brian (Sigrid Recktenwald Howlett); and his grandchildren, Sonia and Ronan of Cornwall.
Survivors also include siblings Linda (and Paul) Palmer of Columbia SC, Margaret (and William) Barnes of Shoreham, Elizabeth Howlett of Amherst MA, and Thomas (and Diane) Howlett of Bridport, as well as many nieces and nephews and their families.The family will return Stephen's ashes to his farm.Memorial contributions may be made to Addison County Home Health and Hospice or the VT Farm Fund.
