He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen and John Gilman; his parents, Joyce Wishart and George Wishart; and his granddaughter Ashley Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Chad, Holly Nunn, Jennifer Severance (Greg) and Jodi Litchfield (Jake); his sisters, Margaret Moss (Greg), Elizabeth Traver (Andy), Patricia Dent (John) and Sally Paul (Ron); and also Robert Wishart (Roberta). He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Joe held various jobs in his lifetime; he was a Middlebury policeman, an automobile mechanic, a real estate agent, and for twenty years an aerospace technician, after which time he retired due to complications from Parkinson's Disease.
