It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Lafountain (Bridport, Vermont), born in Middlebury, Vermont, who passed away on September 15, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. LaFountain; and his nephew Robert LaFountain. He is survived by: his significant other Becky Sheppard of Bridport; his mother Patricia LaFountain of Weybridge; his siblings, Susan Anderson (Tim) of Bridport, Michael LaFountain (Sharon O'Brien) of Weybridge and Diana Rule-Senzel (Craig) of Essex; his stepchildren, Brian Sheppard (Bridgette), Amanda Sheppard (Gregory), Towle (Kristal), Joseph Lilly, Kristin and Sunderland; his son-in-law Tom Huestis; and his grandchildren, Kaleb, Jordan, Lucius, Tharon, Gabriel and Ronnie.
