He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julian "Ralph" and June Waters (Sawyer); his siblings, Bonnie, Ron and Randy Waters; his wife Alison Letourneau; his children, Jennifer (Eric), Nicholas Waters and Jacob Waters (Jami) of Reading; and his grandchildren, Ayla, Coleman, Maya, Karter, Johnathan, Jaden and Gabriella.
Due to COVID there will be no services at this time.
