He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Vose (Everett) and Matthew Vose; his cousins, van and Montshire; his grandparent Mema Joy; his cousins, Dawn (Everett), Tony Grobe, Jackson, Henry, Pamela (Vose), Jimmy Pennell, Kaylah, Dan Wyckoff, Ryleigh, Maddox, Trevor Rose, Leland, Levi, Rebecca Pennell, Thalia, Rachel Pennell, Megan Pennell, Reuben Vose, Ryan, Stanley Vose, Chelsea Saber, Adelyn, Thomas Vose, Chelsea Brooks and Jack; and his godparents, George, Sandy Handy (Alberta "Miss Berta") and Seale.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth, Lebanon, NH or Ronald McDonald House Boston Harbor, RMHC New England.
