He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson and Ann Johnson (Chase). He is survived by: his niece Leanne; and his siblings, Andrew Johnson (Lori) of Greenfield, NH, Robert Johnson, Linda Foley (Richard) of Warwick, NY, Cherylann Cimato (Michael) of Orlando, FL and Jillian Phillips of Albany, GA.
