He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Collins and Virginia A. Collins (Coutts); and his brothers, Alfred Collins and Donald Collins. He is survived by: his siblings, Gwendolyn "Gwen" Marini of Brattleboro, Robert Collins of Dunnellon and Kevin Collins of Portland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
