He was predeceased by: his parents, Waven Sprague and Mildred Sprague (Hill); his former wife Judith Sprague (Hawley); his stepmother Shirley LaPorte; and his siblings, Gary Sprague and Colleen Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sprague (Baker) of Brandon; his children, Chris R. Sprague (Bethany) of West Rutland and Kimberly S. Sprague of South Burlington; his stepdaughters, Jeanne (Will) of Fredericksburg, VA and Suzanne (Jim) of Tinmouth; and his stepfather Don LaPorte. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews & cousins.
