He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baldwin and Ora Baldwin (Waite); his stepson Chipper Bruce; and his brothers, Ronald Baldwin and Donald Waite.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Baldwin (Reed) of Brandon; his son Phillip "Skip" Baldwin, Jr. of Brandon; and his stepdaughters, Brandy Baldwin of Pittsford, Sherry Pinkham of Brandon, Lisa Munger of Brandon and Kim Bruce of Brandon. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews & cousins.
