We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2024, at the age of 79, Penelope Jean Baldwin (Brandon, Vermont), born in Proctor, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carmi Reed and Glenna Reed (White); her daughters, Sherri Pinkham of Brandon, Lisa Bruce of Brandon and Kim Bruce of Brandon; her siblings, Carmen "Tootie" Williams of Forest Dale, Linda Lamica of Forest Dale, Jeffrey Reed of Brandon and Gregory Reed of Forest Dale; her stepchildren, Phillip "Skip" Baldwin, Jr. of Brandon and Brandy Baldwin-Stanley of Pittsford; her husband Phillip Baldwin, Sr.; and her siblings, Ronald Reed and Jackie Brown. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews & cousins.
