He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien and Dorothy (Desrocher); and his sister Sylvia Young. He is survived by: his wife Judith Carol Quesnel of Brandon; and his daughters, Deborah L. Hough of Rutland, Holly B. Cutler of South Norwalk, CT and Pamela L. Quesnel of Pittsford. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, a niece and several cousins.
