He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Welch and Florence Welch (Miner); and his sister Shirley Ann Forward. He is survived by: his wife Blanche Welch (Rider) of Brandon; his daughters, Lori Ann Donaghy and Pattie Lynn Welch; and his stepchildren, Eugenie Coursey and Fred Elliott. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Homes, Inc. (26 Franklin St, Brandon, VT 05733). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Hill Cemetery.
