He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George LaPorte and Bernice LaPorte (Ryder); his children, Kathy Hayes of Brandon, Judy Lamoureux of Crown Pont, NY and Michael LaPorte of Forest Dale; his siblings, Annette LaRock of Salisbury, Marjorie Shepard of Brandon, Eileen LaPorte of Rutland, Allen LaPorte of Leicester, Kenneth LaPorte of Leicester and Robert LaPorte of Leicester; and his wife Shirley LaPorte (Taylor). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
