He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Marielle Fowler; his wife Debra of West Fairlee; his son Nicholas Perry of Rutland; his stepson Philip Ricker II; his children, Philip III, Jonathan Perry Ricker of Vershire and Christine Verma (Manish) of Cumberland, RI; his grandchildren, Namish and Priyasha Verma; his brothers, Philip (Tom) and Louis (Deb); his half-brothers, Danny and Peter; his siblings, Katie and Norman; and also Murielle Fowler.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Debra Ricker (992 VT-113, West Fairlee, VT 05083).
