He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman H. Tuttle Sr. and Blanch Tuttle (Day); his brother Clair Tuttle; his nephews, Peter and Jeremy Tuttle; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Race and Lillian Race.
He is survived by: his wife Anah Race; his children, Wendell Rollins (Terri Weston) of Sharon Vt, David R. Stearns (Katherine) of Newbury Vt, Raymond A. Stearns (Tiffany) of Orford, NH and Peggie S. Roberts (Kevin A. Williams) of South Royalton; and his siblings-in-law, William Race (Tina) of Vershire Vt and Deborah Sanborn of Omala, NE.. He is also survived by twelve Grandchildren and three Step- Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.
