He was predeceased by: his father Gordon White. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. White (Broadbent); his children, Zachary A. White and Cassandra A. White; his mother Janet White (Farnham); and his brothers, Michael White, Randy White and David White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
