He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fordyce McCullough and Etvi Ennie Haikara; his siblings, James McCullough, Mary Vieno Vance and David H. McCullough; and his grandson Frankie McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Bea McCullough; his siblings, Sophia Taylor, Judy Sanders and Frank McCullough; and his children, David McCullough (Claudia), Jamie-Leigh Striker (Brad), Daniel McCullough (Cathy) and Toni-Marie Phillip. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
