He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Tabor and Irene Tabor (Rogers); and his brother Luther Tabor, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Lewis; his children, Sandra (Mike Farrell, Sherrie) and Steve (Lynn Tabor); his stepson Tim; and his brothers, Douglas Tabor of Tucson, AZ and David Tabor of Randolph. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
