It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Philip E. Sargent of Bethel, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 72, on July 28, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Sargent and Hale Sargent; his brother Dennis H. Sargent; and his former wife Marian Balch. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary H. Sargent (Alice) of Ridgefield, NJ, Sandra J. Wells of Plainfield, VT and Charlene S. Leonard (Tom) of Hartland, VT; his sons, Eric of Burlington, VT and Scott (Julie) of Wilmington, MA; his grandchildren, Jackson, Benjamin and Kaylee; and his wife Suzanne Perron Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, memorial services with military honors will be held privately at a later date at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph Center, VT.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Vermont Veteran's Home, 325 North St., Bennington, VT 05201.
