With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karyn Samantha Slack of Bethel, Vermont, who passed away on November 21, 2021 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Chad Slack; her son Morgan Hodgdon (Jaden Kinney); her stepson Sam Slack; her siblings, Kate Tabor and Adam Emmanuel; her stepson Kevin Hodgdon; her sister Heather Taylor; and her close friends, Jessica Dougherty and Erin Betters. She is also survived by In-laws, nieces and nephews.
