He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall P. Washburn and Addie Washburn (Luce). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Washburn of Bethel; his children, Elizabeth Cotoia of Clinton Corners, NY, Charles Washburn (Michele) and Mark Washburn (Brenda); his foster children, Adam Washburn and Shawn Davis; his brother Cecil Washburn of Bethel; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Rocco, Jeff, Britany, Brody and Colby.
