He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, F. Clyde Picard and Charlotte Picard (Haywood); his wife Mary O'connor; his children, Steven Picard (Jean), Michael Picard (Patricia), Shawn Picard (Bonnie), Patrick Picard (Laurie) and Robin Picard; his former wife Delores Picard (Newton); and his son Philippe Picard. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
