He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Kubin and Mildred Kubin (Root). He is survived by: his wife Sally Kubin (O'Connor); his children, Peg Brakeley (Bill), Jay Kubin (Cheryl) and Shelly Parker (Rob); his grandchildren, James Brakeley (Brianne), Sara Brakeley Flagler (Bart), John James Kubin and Maggie Parker; and his great grandchild Sophia Brakeley.
