He is survived by: his close friend Phyllis Foote; his brother Harry; his wife Phyllis Skidmore of Sandgate; his sister Eleanor LaCross of Sandgate; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas and Pamela Foote of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
