He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mika and Victoria Mika (Lesniack); and his siblings, Mike, Regina and Emily.
He is survived by: his children, David Mika (Elise) of Meredith, NH and Christine Keenan (Michael) of Shaftsbury, VT; and his sister Dorothy Newman of Massachusetts. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
